Fox family hvac cw136/5/2023 Because it was a very cold spell and the tenant was elderly, installed the new system and had it working in one day, which I thought was rather miraculous. Because I was so pleased with the installation I recently requested they replace the HVAC system in my rental property. When I remodeled my home 5 years ago I used Fox Family HVAC to install a completely new HVAC System and I was very satisfied with the installation and service over the past five … years. Believe me you need to call them when you need HVAC service. Yes I am very happy with him and his company Fox Family Heating and Air. My service tech was Ryan and he was very concerned that everything was done properly and I was happy. I highly recommend this great company when you need a real service and not a sales pitch. This is above and beyond his responsibility. He got some spray and got rid of the wasps and their 5 nests. The Fox Family tech came back to service my unit and was swarmed by the wasps. The guy that was supposed to remove them didn’t. They sent out two people, one to look at the unit, which he did from a ladder leaned up against the house and one the next day to remove the wasps. I called a pest control company to remove the wasp. I had several wasp nests in my rooftop unit and the tech was unable to service it. Fox Family Heating and Air does not do that, they only care that they repair your system and you are happy with the service. I didn’t want parts replaced for no reason other than a commission for the technician/salesman. Please give them a call if you need HVAC service, or a replacement unit.07/20/22 updateI had my HVAC system on a contract for yearly service and I searched and called several companies to find one that did not make all of their technicians paid sales persons. Their service techs are genuine nice and polite people.I highly recommend them. Fox does not pay their service techs a commission on the parts used to fix your unit, big game changer, you get an honest repair with no unnecessary parts. I had my own Home Inspection Business for 17 years and have met and worked with many businesses … that are unscrupulous in their false billing methods.
